Psychiatric Evaluation
45-60 minutes
A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation will be performed to collect information to make a diagnosis of an emotional or behavioral disorder. Typical information collected during the exam is onset of symptoms, behaviors, and the effect it is having on your life. Information regarding to any past traumatic experiences, abuse, or neglect that may have contributed to your current mental or emotional state. Information regarding past traumatic experiences, abuse, or neglect that may be contributing to your current mental or emotional state will be collected. A complete medical history, including description of your overall physical health, list of any other illnesses or conditions present, and any current treatments will be collected. In some instances, lab tests may be ordered to determine if there is an underlying medical disorder that may be a contributing factor.
Medication Management
30 minutes
Medication can be a vital part of treatment as it will help to reduce symptoms while focusing on improving your overall mental health. If medication is necessary, these appointments will consist of evaluating any side effects, monitoring symptoms, and efficacy of medication.
Psychotherapy
45 minutes
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy- Focus on changing self-defeating patterns of thinking and acting.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy- Focus on developing coping skills to regulate mood.
Trauma Informed Therapy- Focus on understanding trauma’s role in your emotions, behavior, and thinking patterns.

Payments Can Be Made Through Patient Portal or Venmo. Co-pays And Sefl Pay Payments Will Be Collected Prior To Start of Appointment.
All Cancellations Must Be Made Within 24 Hours in Advance. Missed Appointments Will Incur a Fee Of $60
